Key responsibilities

• Work with client-facing internal teams to review vendor moderation decisions and ensure audits are completed accurately, with useful performance feedback shared back to the appropriate teams.
• Own the full audit process, including planning, execution, feedback, and re-audits when needed.
• Finish audits within required deadlines and provide clear, timely feedback that helps agents improve their performance.
• Spot policy or operational guideline gaps that need training support and coordinate with training partners to close those gaps.
• Partner with operations teams and quality managers to improve the performance of people who are not meeting effectiveness targets.
• Stay deeply familiar with client products, community standards, content policy, and operational guidelines, and help ensure teams understand and apply updates correctly.
• Make balanced judgments aligned to quality metrics while advocating for the community through consistent policy and process reinforcement.
• Guide and support new Quality & Policy Experts in using audit tools and systems.
• Create process documentation and compile feedback on audit tool functionality.
• Track, prioritize, and report process, system, tool, and policy inefficiencies or recurring error patterns using root cause analysis and action plans.
• Identify emerging trends or policy issues and escalate them to the global team when mitigation is needed.
• Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to help shape scalable improvements for community support.
• Collaborate with Quality Leaders on the planning and design of improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in supporting people with both accuracy and empathy.
• At least 2 years of experience in a quality control environment.
• Strong written and spoken English and Russian language skills.
• Advanced Excel ability, including PivotTables, charts, and statistical functions.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to notice subtle differences and nuance.
• Proven ability to stay effective in a fast-moving, frequently changing environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Comfort working independently and handling multiple tasks in an unstructured setting.

Eligibility and work authorization

Applicants must already have a valid and sufficiently long right to work in Ireland to carry out the role on an ongoing basis. If the current permission is close to expiry, evidence of a pending renewal application may be required to move forward with an offer. This position is not eligible for employment permit sponsorship, so candidates must be able to maintain valid work authorization in Ireland for the full duration of the role.
