Role Overview
The position of Quality Assurance Officer is a full-time, on-site role in Nairobi County, Kenya. The officer will manage designated portfolios, oversee daily operations, and ensure tasks are executed precisely and within deadlines. Responsibilities include report preparation, record maintenance, and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to provide project updates and clarify expectations. The officer will analyze operational challenges, suggest enhancements, and support the implementation of agreed improvements. Upholding organizational policies, maintaining confidentiality, and demonstrating professional behavior in all dealings are essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong communication capabilities, both written and verbal, including producing clear reports and professional correspondence.
- Competent analytical and problem-solving aptitude to evaluate information, identify challenges, and propose practical solutions.
