Quality Manager - DIN EN 9100 Compliance in Aerospace & Aviation

Overview

Our client, a globally recognized leader in electronic components and circuit protection, seeks a dedicated Quality Manager to lead and optimize the quality management system at their Bremerhaven facility. This full-time role requires onsite presence in Bremerhaven, Germany, offering a permanent position with direct reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the planning, organising, and management of the quality management system compliant with DIN EN 9100 standards.
• Develop, update, and maintain quality management procedures ensuring full compliance with the quality management manual.
• Plan, conduct, and support both internal and external quality audits.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective corrective actions promptly.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the quality management team to meet organizational standards.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness and compliance status of the quality management system.

Requirements

• Technical background in electrical, aerospace, or aviation engineering, or an equivalent vocational qualification such as electronics, mechatronics, or aircraft electronics.
• Essential certification as Quality Management Representative and Internal/External Auditor accredited to DIN EN 9100.
• Strong understanding of aviation laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven several years of experience in a leadership role within Quality Management.
• Fluency in German is mandatory, along with good proficiency in English.
