Overview

This role involves designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Inspection Wing, ensuring alignment with recognized standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 17020. The focus is on maintaining effective process control, ensuring compliance, and driving continual improvements across all inspection operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and standardize comprehensive QMS documentation including policies, manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), formats, and records.
  • Develop and update the Quality Manual to clearly define the QMS scope and organizational structure.
  • Draft, review, and finalize SOPs for all inspection and operational workflows.
  • Support the practical implementation of the QMS to ensure robust documentation control and adherence.
  • Deliver training programs and increase awareness among employees and relevant stakeholders to embed QMS principles.
  • Plan and assist internal audits, including preparing reports and facilitating timely resolution of findings.
  • Organize and facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRMs), ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Continuously monitor compliance with applicable standards and internal protocols.
  • Coordinate and support external audits, aiding in addressing observations and ensuring readiness.
