Overview
Join a dynamic team based in Dublin City Centre as a Quality Expert Reviewer specializing in Sub-Saharan African languages. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of €42,667 per annum and requires working onsite with fully flexible shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 across Monday through Sunday. A four-week training session will be provided at the Dublin location.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quality assessments of client workflows, including content moderation covering sensitive topics such as violence, self-harm, theft, impersonation, hate speech, spam, child exploitation, nudity, sexual solicitation, and other agreed categories.
- Conduct authenticity checks and reviews related to identification and access flows.
- Handle escalation cases as they arise in the workflows.
- Support special operations and global risk management focusing on viral content and dangerous organizations.
- Apply cultural and regional context expertise for nuanced and compliant decision-making according to abuse standards and training materials.
