About the Role
Teleperformance is seeking motivated candidates for a Customer Support position within an international banking environment. This is a semi-voice process involving handling banking queries from customers through calls and emails. The role is designed for those who want to work without sales targets or pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer queries related to banking services via telephone and email communication.
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions focused on problem resolution without engaging in sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
- Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi is mandatory, with clear and effective communication skills.
- Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable; experience documents are not compulsory.
Work Details and Terms
- Rotational shifts with five working days and two weekly off days on a rotating basis.
- CAB facility provided for night shift employees.
- Work location is Guindy, Chennai.
