Role Overview
Join University Physicians' Association, Inc. (UPA) as a Quality & Education Supervisor responsible for steering the comprehensive development and deployment of training programs throughout all stages of the healthcare revenue cycle. This leadership role includes managing a team, initiating quality-related initiatives, and collaborating with executive management to boost accuracy, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulations.
Key Duties
- Lead and nurture team members through supervision, mentoring, and coaching to promote a culture focused on responsibility and professional growth.
- Design, execute, and deliver both initial and continuous education programs tailored for revenue cycle management staff and clients.
- Create and keep current training resources reflecting the latest in coding standards, payer guidelines, operational workflows, and system advancements.
- Manage quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance, precision, and incorporation of best practices, leveraging results to refine training.
- Evaluate performance metrics to identify deficiencies and partner with leadership to enhance operational performance.
- Remain informed about industry developments and embed necessary updates promptly into training and operational processes.
- Compile and analyze reports on training impact, staff participation, and performance to guide future improvements.
- Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to support strategic goals and continuous enhancement activities.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and revenue cycle systems.

- High school diploma or equivalent mandatory; further healthcare or college studies preferred.
- Experience in revenue cycle functions essential; leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
