About the role
This role sits within Deloitte’s Enabling Areas – Information Technology team, which supports and develops applications for Deloitte South Asia with a focus on improving employee experience. As a Process Quality Assurance Assistant Manager, you will help ensure that processes remain consistent, efficient, and aligned with ISO 42001:2023 requirements.
You will work with teams across functions to strengthen AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance practices while helping raise quality standards across projects and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Roll out the ISO 42001 framework across different projects and business functions.
- Design, document, and embed policies, controls, and processes related to AI governance.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to meet AI risk, ethics, and governance obligations.
- Perform detailed internal audits to verify compliance with defined quality standards and requirements.
- Train and guide team members so quality practices are applied consistently.
- Run awareness sessions and training programs on ISO 42001 and quality-related practices.
- Lead root-cause analysis for process issues, suggest corrective actions, and monitor whether fixes are effective.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve process efficiency and quality.
- Keep up with industry developments, regulatory updates, and current best practices in process quality assurance.
Desired profile
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality assurance within the IT sector, along with hands-on experience in process improvement, audits, and quality frameworks. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-changing environment are important for success in this role.
Experience with CMMI, ISO 27001, SOC, and statistical analysis will be considered an advantage.
Education and experience
