Job Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Training Specialist focused on Employee Health and Benefits (EH&B), based in the United States. This full-time, remote role involves advancing quality standards and employee development within a dynamic insurance operations setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance assessments to spot improvement areas, identify process gaps, and flag compliance issues.
- Draft and revise standard operating procedures aligned with business workflows and requirements.
- Create comprehensive training materials such as videos, presentations, templates, and document processes.
- Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to collect feedback, understand client needs, and refine training content.
- Work alongside quality teams and subject matter experts to analyze error patterns and recurring queries to design targeted training initiatives.
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and established quality benchmarks.
- Support the achievement of service level agreements, key performance indicators, and wider business goals.
- Manage workload independently to meet deadlines, quality targets, and priorities efficiently.
- Stay informed on up-to-date employee health and benefits regulations and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvements by identifying efficiency and consistency enhancements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years working in Employee Health and Benefits operations.
- Proven expertise in quality reviews, process development, or operational improvement projects.
- Ability to multitask and work independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for facilitating discussions and delivering training.
- Attention to detail paired with professionalism, responsiveness, and urgency.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on identifying trends and providing effective solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related standard workplace software.
- Competent in collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Familiarity with Employee Health and Benefits systems and applications is a plus.
