Key Responsibilities
- Review Bengali content to ensure adherence to client and platform standards and practices guidelines.
- Develop, edit, and synchronize Bengali subtitles and closed captions with exceptional precision.
- Conduct quality inspections on subtitles, captions, and localized materials ensuring linguistic and technical accuracy.
- Transcribe Bengali audio content while preserving its context, tone, and intended meaning.
- Confirm subtitle timing, formatting, and synchronize audio with text effectively.
- Spot and report content that fails to meet quality, compliance, or platform criteria.
- Guarantee the accuracy of Bengali grammar, spelling, punctuation, and context in all outputs.
- Research and verify terminology, names, cultural references, and translations to uphold consistency.
- Adhere to client workflows, style guides, and quality benchmarks diligently.
- Achieve daily productivity, quality standards, and turnaround time targets consistently.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to address language or content-related questions.
- Proactively communicate technical or quality concerns and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and precision while dealing with large volumes of digital content.
- Engage in continuous learning regarding new tools, workflows, and compliance guidelines through training sessions.
