Position Overview

This role is a contract position for a Generalist specializing in English and Telugu languages. The position is fully remote and offers compensation ranging from $15 to $20 per hour.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform fact verification using reliable public resources and external tools.
• Create high-quality human evaluation datasets by identifying strengths, weaknesses, and fact-checking errors in AI-generated responses.
• Evaluate the quality of reasoning, clarity, tone, and completeness in responses.
• Ensure AI model outputs comply with conversational norms and internal guidelines.
• Operate autonomously and asynchronously to meet deadlines and contribute to AI improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor's degree.
• Native fluency in Telugu language.
• Extensive experience working with large language models.
• Strong command of English writing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
• Professional or academic background involving structured analytical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), model evaluation, or data annotation.
• Proven ability in writing or editing high-quality written material.
• Skill in comparing multiple outputs and making nuanced qualitative assessments.
