Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products adhere to safety standards and meet the expectations of our customers through thorough inspection processes. Your work will involve conducting regular product assessments, keeping detailed records of inspection outcomes, and proposing enhancements to improve the inspection workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute in-process inspections and audits during production.
- Carry out final product audits and capture photographic documentation of finished goods.
- Maintain and calibrate torque measurement tools such as torque wrenches.
- Assess internal non-conformance issues prior to documenting non-conformities in Oracle systems.
- Organize, review, and digitize quality documentation into the Quality Server.
- Compile and submit First Article Inspection (FAI) documents to the customer portal.
- Fulfill additional tasks as delegated by the Supervisor.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess at least a Technical Certificate or NiTEC certification, preferably in mechanical engineering.
- Have a minimum of one year of experience performing quality control inspections.
- Competency in English communication including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect defects effectively.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering documents.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality products by adhering to inspection standards.
