Role Overview
The QA/QC Coordinator will help make sure the project quality management system is properly applied throughout engineering, procurement, and construction activities. This position focuses on maintaining quality compliance, overseeing contractor performance, and supporting the close-out of project quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for reviewing contractor quality documents, checking compliance against project requirements, and monitoring quality execution across the project lifecycle.
- Support the implementation of the project Quality Management System across engineering, procurement, and construction stages.
- Examine and approve EPC contractor quality plans, inspection and test plans, and related procedures.
- Track inspection, testing, and project documentation to ensure alignment with specifications, codes, and standards.
- Carry out audits and surveillance activities to confirm quality performance and ISO 9001 compliance.
- Manage non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and capture lessons learned.
- Work closely with client representatives on quality matters and follow through until issues are closed.
- Assist with turnover activities and the preparation of mechanical completion documentation.
Experience Requirements
Applicants should meet one of the following experience paths:
- 10 years of experience coordinating QA/QC engineering and construction work, including at least 5 years in quality assurance/quality control for oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
- 14 years of experience coordinating QA/QC engineering and construction work, including at least 7 years in quality assurance/quality control for oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or
- Diploma or equivalent along with a QA/QC certificate issued by a recognized agency.

This role is based in Alkhafji, Saudi Arabia.
