- Experience working with version control tools such as GitLab, GitHub, or comparable platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery workflows.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent frameworks.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database verification methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a focus on process improvement.
- Background in mentoring, coaching, and managing QA professionals.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in Agile or Scrum environments.

- 20 days of paid vacation, plus public holidays and sick leave.
- Private medical insurance coverage.
- Mental health support through wellbeing and psychological assistance programs.
- Monthly flexible benefits allowance for hobbies, sports, wellness, or personal interests.
- Access to development opportunities such as courses, workshops, mentoring, and language learning.
- Individual learning budget to support ongoing career growth.
- Participation in team events, workshops, and company gatherings.
- A collaborative environment built around growth, innovation, and professional autonomy.
