Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead with 8 to 15 years of experience, located in Hyderabad, to spearhead quality assurance efforts for enterprise applications built on Salesforce and Marketo. The role emphasizes automation strategies, delivering measurable Automation ROI, and leading a QA team in ensuring high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete QA processes across multiple Salesforce and Marketo projects.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, scenarios, and cases.
• Create and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Continuously identify automation opportunities to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Evaluate and report Automation ROI through metrics like automation coverage, execution time improvements, defect leakage rates, and maintenance efforts.
• Conduct various testing types including functional, regression, integration, API, system, and end-to-end tests.
• Validate Salesforce CRM modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Test Marketo features including marketing workflows, lead lifecycle, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, lead scoring, and CRM synchronization.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide early feedback on quality during sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.
• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor QA engineers and review automation code and scripts.
• Track and manage defects ensuring timely resolution.
• Produce quality metrics and provide periodic updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 8 years in software quality assurance with over 3 years in QA leadership roles.
• Hands-on automation testing expertise using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or comparable tools.
• Programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# for automation tasks.
• Deep understanding of automation strategies, framework development, and Automation ROI measurement.
• Proven experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, CRM integrations).
• Expertise in testing Marketo functions such as lead management, email campaigns, smart campaigns, landing pages, forms, lead scoring, and integration with Salesforce.
• API testing proficiency using Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Salesforce and Marketo systems.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Professional certifications like Salesforce, Marketo, ISTQB, or related automation qualifications are advantageous.
