Role Overview

This opening is for an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant who brings solid experience in implementations as well as live production support across multiple supply chain modules. The role focuses on solution design, system configuration and after-go-live support, while partnering with business teams to improve supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Fusion SCM implementation work from start to finish and provide hands-on support throughout the process.
• Collect, analyze and document business needs, then convert them into practical functional solutions.
• Set up and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing and Costing.
• Serve as the functional lead during implementation, especially for solution design and configuration activities.
• Deliver post-go-live assistance and ongoing production support to keep the system stable and resolve issues quickly.
• Investigate functional problems and coordinate with technical teams when issues require deeper technical input.
• Work with stakeholders to refine and improve SCM processes.
• Create and maintain functional documents including solution design documents, configuration workbooks and user guides.
• Handle change requests, enhancement needs and broader system improvement initiatives.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations, reporting and extensions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant.
• Practical experience in both implementation and production support; profiles limited to testing are not suitable.
• Strong working knowledge of Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing and Costing.
• Demonstrated involvement in at least one full Oracle Fusion SCM implementation lifecycle.
• Experience managing support tickets, incidents and root cause analysis.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

This role is based in Hyderabad, India. The position is a full-time opportunity. The compensation range mentioned is INR 7,00,000 to INR 14,00,000 per year. Any graduate can apply.
