Job description
Role Summary
This is a field-focused opportunity with a fast-growing EdTech company. The role is centered on spreading awareness about NIAT in your assigned language- or region-based territory, generating student leads, and encouraging paid applications for NAT (Nxtwave Admission Test), which is the entrance test for NIAT programs. The position involves regular interaction with schools, colleges, and students through outreach and demo sessions.
Work Setup and Compensation
The role is based across PAN India depending on language and region. It follows a 6-day work week and is entirely field-oriented. The compensation package can go up to ₹10 LPA and includes a fixed salary of up to ₹6 LPA, a retention bonus of ₹1 LPA, and performance-linked incentives of up to ₹3 LPA. Additional support includes food, travel, and accommodation allowances, along with health insurance coverage.
Responsibilities
- Visit 12th-grade schools, junior colleges, and coaching centres to arrange and conduct engaging student demonstrations.
- Develop reliable, long-term relationships with principals of 12th-grade schools/colleges and with educational partners.
- Execute on-ground promotional efforts such as stalls, events, and awareness drives.

Additional Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities in the native language, along with basic English.
- Background of 1 to 5 years in marketing, sales, business development, or counseling.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits, with reimbursements available.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler and laptop, plus a valid driving licence.
