Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to sustainability, environmental consciousness, and community engagement. This position focuses on campaign planning, stakeholder relations, and fostering positive effects through public education.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead outreach initiatives that instruct communities, customers, schools, and involved parties on responsible waste handling, recycling, and eco-friendly best practices.
• Design and execute public awareness campaigns emphasizing waste reduction, recycling, and environmental sustainability.
• Arrange community programs, school engagements, exhibitions, roadshows, and awareness activities.
• Create educational materials including presentations, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
• Forge and nurture relationships with municipalities, government bodies, schools, clientele, and community groups.
• Conduct educational sessions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients on proper waste segregation and recycling methods.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Health, Safety & Environment teams to bolster awareness efforts.
• Evaluate campaign success by monitoring participation and engagement, delivering outcome reports.
• Supervise awareness officers or field teams ensuring professional execution of activities.
• Remain up to date on UAE environmental laws and sustainability policies.
• Support corporate social responsibility and environmental engagement programs consistent with company goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Education, or related disciplines.
• Between three to five years of professional experience in areas such as public awareness, community involvement, environmental education, CSR, or communications.
• Background in waste management, environmental services, or recycling sectors is advantageous.
• Strong skills in presentation, communication, and managing various stakeholders.
• Competency in project management and event organization.
• Good command of Microsoft Office software.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus.
• Possession of a UAE driving license is preferable.
