Role overview
Dalata Hotel Group is hiring a Public Area Cleaner for its hotel operations in Galway. The role focuses on keeping guest-facing and shared spaces presented to brand standards, while supporting the wider team wherever needed. Training is provided through Dalata Academy, alongside learning opportunities from experienced colleagues. The company also places strong emphasis on internal progression and career development.
Key duties
- Set up and maintain rooms and public areas in line with Dalata’s cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Identify and report anything that needs repair or maintenance attention.
- Remain flexible and assist in other departments when operational needs require it.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Comfortable spoken English.
- Strong planning and organization abilities.
- Capability to stay effective in a fast-paced workplace.
