About the Property

You will join the Munich Marriott City West, a large urban hotel in Munich’s Westend district that is designed around a modern meetings-and-events concept. The property features 398 guest rooms and suites, nearly 5,000 square meters of public space, a contemporary conference center, the Assoluto restaurant & Vineria with an open show kitchen, the Assoluto Deli, and the westhub Lounge & Bar. Guests also have access to a roof terrace and an MClub Lounge with wide views across the city and toward the Bavarian Alps. The hotel sits close to Munich’s Old Town and within walking distance of the Oktoberfest grounds.

Role Summary

In this role, you will help ensure that all shared guest-facing spaces remain clean, orderly, and welcoming at all times. Your work will contribute directly to the overall guest experience by maintaining a polished and comfortable environment from the moment visitors enter the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of all public spaces, including the lobby, corridors, restrooms, stairways, elevators, and meeting rooms.
  • Keep guest areas consistently neat, presentable, and inviting.
  • Replenish supplies in public areas, such as restroom items and sanitizer stations.
  • Dispose of waste and manage recycling in line with hotel procedures.
  • Quickly pass on maintenance concerns, damage, or safety risks to the technical or housekeeping teams.
  • Assist colleagues with additional housekeeping duties whenever needed.

This is a non-management, full-time role based onsite in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. The position falls under the Housekeeping & Laundry job family.
