Public Area Attendant

About the Role

This full-time position is for a Public Area Attendant with a luxury boutique hotel. The role focuses on keeping shared guest spaces spotless, orderly, and welcoming so visitors experience a polished environment throughout the property.

What You’ll Do

• Keep all shared hotel spaces clean and well-presented, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across assigned areas.
• Respond quickly to guest needs and support housekeeping-related requests.
• Check public spaces for supply levels and restock items when needed.
• Escalate repair needs, safety concerns, or other maintenance issues to the right team.

What We’re Looking For

• Housekeeping or janitorial background is helpful, though not mandatory.
• Strong eye for detail and the ability to work without close supervision.
• Clear communication and good guest-service skills.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and remain on your feet for long periods.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation
