The brand focuses on delivering memorable guest, resident, and partner experiences through luxury service paired with heartfelt hospitality, supported by a strong internal culture and employee experience.
The company’s philosophy is rooted in the Golden Rule: treating people in the same way you would want to be treated. This approach shapes its culture across every property and interaction.
About the Location
The role is based at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar in Doha, a beachfront property that offers apartments and residences for short- and long-term stays. The destination features a private beach, lush surroundings, city or sea views, several restaurants and bars, Loulou Spa, and beach and pool facilities, all supported by the brand’s signature service.
The property includes 161 fully furnished apartments and 84 private residences, along with a signature restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Joël Robuchon.
Join the Team
You will be part of a workplace built on respect, teamwork, and service excellence. Team members are supported with the same care expected to be extended to guests, and the property is part of a brand that has been recognized by Fortune Magazine among the 100 Best Companies to Work For since 1998.

- Support guest room attendants by keeping corridors, elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage areas clean.
- Interact with guests in a welcoming, attentive manner and accommodate reasonable special requests.
- Represent the hotel with genuine hospitality while promoting services and products when appropriate.
- Handle equipment and machinery safely and report defects or accidents immediately.
- Report maintenance issues, damage, repairs, suspicious activity, and health or safety concerns to management.
- Complete additional cleaning assignments as directed by the manager.
