Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the proposal generation process from receipt of RFP documents to final submission.
  • Contribute to crafting winning proposal strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team efforts and oversee document production.
  • Draft and prepare proposal sections.
  • Verify pricing components within proposals.
  • Review content comprehensively to ensure compliance with all RFP criteria.
  • Maintain alignment between technical submissions and financial proposals.
  • Uphold rigorous quality standards for proposal content and layout.
  • Monitor proposal preparation schedules to meet all deadlines.
  • Oversee budgeting and control of proposal preparation expenditures.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, communications, marketing, business, or a related discipline; or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of five years’ relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Capacity to deliver high-quality work under pressure, adhering to deadlines and tight schedules.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Strong technical writing proficiency.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and skill in preparing sales-oriented documents with attention to clarity, visual appeal, and detail.
  • Experience in a large professional services environment is advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint; familiarity with project management tools and organizational chart software.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign is considered a plus.
