• Property Manager Assistant: No direct property management experience required though related experience is advantageous. The role aims for progression into a Property Manager position within 12 months.
• Property Manager – Growth: Candidates must have a minimum of two years in property management. The position focuses on managing portfolios and evolving departmental operations with an aim towards senior roles.

Key Responsibilities - Property Manager Assistant

• Perform ingoing, outgoing, and routine property inspections
• Draft reports for landlords and tenants
• Conduct open homes and private property viewings
• Handle rental inquiries promptly
• Complete tenant screening and applicant verifications
• Manage property calendars and key accesses
• Log and follow up on maintenance issues
• Maintain precise records and compliance documents

Key Responsibilities - Property Manager – Growth

• Oversee a strategic residential property portfolio
• Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage leasing, arrears, maintenance, and tenancy processes
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and company policies
