Role overview

Lugtons is hiring an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join its expanding portfolio in Hamilton, Waikato. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a property management professional who is ready to guide a team, improve service delivery, and contribute to the growth of a busy and evolving operation.

The position suits someone with strong property management expertise, a confident leadership style, and the ability to communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders.

What the role involves

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the property management portfolio, making sure the team is supported and the service provided remains high quality. A key part of the role is managing escalations, coaching team members, and helping keep systems and workflows running efficiently.

In this role, you will also play an important part in strengthening relationships across the portfolio and supporting continued business growth.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will have hands-on property management experience, along with the confidence to lead others. Previous team leadership experience is preferred, but not essential. Strong communication, solid process management skills, and a practical, solution-oriented mindset are all important for success in this role.
