Role Overview
We are seeking both freshers and experienced Property Consultants to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This commission-based position offers a competitive earning potential with an excellent scheme, attracting motivated individuals who want to excel in real estate sales.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture business relationships with premium clients and property developers to drive sales.
- Guide clients through purchasing luxury homes, providing expert advice and support to ensure the right property match.
- Remain well-informed on market trends, new developments, and property listings.
- Leverage market knowledge to present clients with precise and pertinent information.
- Proactively seek referrals from pleased customers to grow the clientele network.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet both personal and team sales goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 6 months of real estate experience within the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi, with solid market understanding.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is essential.
- Keep up to date with the latest property market trends and offerings.
- Ability to actively expand client base through referrals.
- Specialization in specific real estate sectors and multilingual skills are advantageous.
