Overview
Take charge of managing sophisticated natural stone construction projects, making a visible impact through your leadership and expertise. Join a medium-sized traditional company with approximately 130 employees, specialized in high-quality natural stone work. The company carries out projects across Germany in new construction, facades, interiors, exclusive natural stone, renovation, and restoration. We are seeking a motivated professional for our Munich team to reinforce our long-term project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent management and execution of complex natural stone projects
- Coordination and leadership of site operations
- Ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost-effective delivery
- Monitoring construction processes and project outcomes
- Supervising, coordinating, and billing subcontractors
- Preparing offers and contract amendments
- Managing site invoicing
- Close collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors
Required Qualifications
- Completed education or degree in construction-related fields (e.g., civil engineering, stone technology, master stonemason) or comparable professional experience
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication ability
- Proficient German language skills (minimum C1 level) in spoken and written form
- Good understanding of relevant technical standards and regulations
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous
- Organized, independent working style
