Project Manager – WMS & Supply Chain

Role Overview

This role is focused on steering the rollout, enhancement, and ongoing refinement of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and broader supply chain workflows. The goal is to make sure technology, logistics, and business priorities work together smoothly.

What You Will Do

• Set the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success measures for WMS and supply chain initiatives.
• Build detailed plans for timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Work closely with IT, operations, procurement, logistics, and third-party partners to keep everyone aligned.
• Track progress, identify risks early, and raise issues before they escalate.
• Guide the design, testing, and rollout of new WMS capabilities and modules.
• Convert warehouse and business needs into clear system specifications.
• Make sure the WMS connects properly with ERP, transport, e-commerce, and last-mile delivery platforms.
• Improve system performance to support inventory accuracy, faster picking, and better live visibility.
• Act as the central contact point between technical teams, warehouse operations, and business leaders.
• Keep cross-functional groups such as IT, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Customer Service working toward the same goals.
• Handle relationships with vendors including software providers, 3PL partners, and automation suppliers.
• Share project updates, risk status, and return-on-investment outcomes with leadership and stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Solid project management capability; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
• Strong familiarity with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle, SAP EWM, Infor, or bespoke systems.
• Practical exposure to supply chain operations across inbound, warehousing, outbound, and last-mile delivery.
• A sharp analytical approach with strong problem-solving ability.
• Proven strength in managing stakeholders and vendors.

Bonus Strengths

• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of inventory control and optimization.
• Exposure to process improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
