Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in enterprise-level change management to spearhead organizational transformation initiatives. The position is remote within the United States and requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and drive change management efforts across large-scale enterprise programs.
• Work closely with application owners to ensure project deliverables are fully aligned with business objectives.
• Create and execute comprehensive change strategies and communication plans to facilitate adoption.
• Track adoption metrics and provide detailed reports to leadership teams.
• Assess and address potential risks related to change initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale change projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Proficient in collaborating with application owners and technical personnel.
• Strong organizational aptitude and adept problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ServiceNow CMDB is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise software applications.
• Professional certification in change management is advantageous.
