Job description

Role overview

This position focuses on helping shape and roll out a new operating model across international supply chain and manufacturing activities. The role centers on organizing deployment work across several sites, keeping delivery aligned with business priorities, stakeholder needs, and PMO governance.

The successful candidate will work with teams across functions to support the introduction of new processes, systems, and master data activities. The work requires disciplined project delivery, active risk handling, and clear communication from planning through implementation.

This opportunity is a strong fit for a team-oriented project professional who enjoys solving problems in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Project delivery and coordination

You will take ownership of deployment coordination across multiple manufacturing and supply chain locations. The role involves building and updating project plans, timelines, trackers, and schedules, while ensuring work stays within the agreed scope, timing, and budget. You will also track milestones, outputs, risks, dependencies, and financial progress.

Stakeholder and cross-functional coordination

The position requires regular interaction with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, PMO, IT, and other business areas. You will support project meetings, communicate updates clearly, and keep actions, decisions, and risks visible. You will also work with cross-functional partners to ensure deployment readiness and successful execution.

PMO and process excellence

Consistent use of PMO tools, templates, and governance practices is an important part of the job. You will support deployment planning across process, systems, and master data workstreams, while looking for ways to improve execution, efficiency, and collaboration. The role also contributes to the ongoing strengthening of PMO standards and working practices.

Change management and transformation

You will assist with change management activities linked to the new operating model and support broader transformation work aimed at improving operations and business processes. A key part of the role is helping align different sites during implementation and rollout phases.

Qualifications and experience

A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in project management, programme management, supply chain, operations, or a similar setting. Experience with cross-functional work in supply chain, manufacturing, systems, or process deployment environments is important.

You should have practical knowledge of project management tools and methods, and experience using MS Project and risk assessment techniques is preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to juggle several priorities and deadlines in a busy environment. Analytical thinking, organization, problem-solving ability, and financial awareness, including understanding project performance and ROI, are also needed.

Willingness to travel to support deployment work across multiple sites is required.

Preferred background

Additional advantage will be given to candidates who have supported supply chain, manufacturing, or operational transformation projects. Exposure to systems rollouts or process improvement work is beneficial, as is experience in global or multi-site organisations. Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management are also welcome.

Core competencies

The role calls for strength in project planning and execution, stakeholder engagement, supply chain and operations understanding, communication and teamwork, problem solving and decision making, time and organization management, change management, continuous improvement, risk management, and commercial and financial awareness.
