Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Ground-Up Multifamily Construction

About the Role

We are representing a reputable South Florida general contractor with a strong track record of delivering over 900 residential units across multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality developments throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. This opportunity is for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to oversee a ground-up condominium project located in Miami. The client's identity remains confidential until candidates reach a qualified stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of a ground-up condominium construction project, from preconstruction planning through final closeout.
• Take full ownership of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management to ensure successful delivery within scope.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trade partners, and vendors to maintain workflow and quality.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures, safety protocols, and schedule milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the main liaison between the owner, design team, and internal project stakeholders to facilitate clear communication.
• Review and manage essential documentation including submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, and contract documents.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in ground-up multifamily or condominium construction projects.
• Preferred experience with high-rise buildings or concrete/structural construction methods.
• Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance on general contractor projects.
• Experience working within the South Florida market is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management and scheduling software such as Procore, MS Project, or comparable tools.
