It is widely recognized for its strong management, admired culture, and workplace excellence, and it emphasizes a people-first environment built on creativity, collaboration, innovation, and measurable impact.
About the People Practices team
The People Practices function shapes the employee experience from the moment someone joins through their ongoing growth and development. The team collaborates with leaders to create inclusive programs that support engagement, culture, and employee development, while also ensuring the operational side of these initiatives runs smoothly and effectively.
Role overview
The Project Manager will lead execution across Klick’s Community portfolio, with primary responsibility for corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The role works closely with senior partners across Communications, People Practices, and business teams to turn strategy into organized, trackable programs. Success in this position requires strong project discipline, clear communication, and the ability to keep multiple initiatives moving with accountability and momentum. The role also contributes to wider People Practices work, including systems, performance management, and leadership-focused initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full delivery cycle for CSR and DEI programs, turning strategy into practical project plans with milestones, timelines, and measurable results.
- Create and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools in Excel or Google Sheets to monitor impact data, charitable giving, and overall program performance.
- Keep internal communications, program committees, and senior stakeholders aligned on scope, responsibilities, and outputs across projects.
- Organize community partnerships, giving initiatives, and employee engagement programs so they are delivered on schedule and in line with business objectives.
- Support People Practices operations by coordinating meetings, managing shared calendars, and handling program logistics while identifying risks, dependencies, and gaps early.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives in CSR, DEI, People, or community-centered programs with clear outcomes.
- Demonstrated success working with senior leaders, including facilitating meetings, setting priorities, and helping teams reach decisions.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets expertise, including building dashboards, trackers, and reporting models for program measurement.
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.com to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Ability to review program data and convert findings into recommendations, reports, or presentations for stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with Communications, HR, or other business teams to deliver structured programs and initiatives.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as part of everyday work.
- Experience in CSR or DEI program delivery, including charitable giving, partnerships, or community engagement, is preferred.
- Background supporting People programs such as performance management, leadership development, or employee engagement is preferred.
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial tracking, or invoicing in program delivery is preferred.
- Ability to create visual materials or presentations using Canva or similar tools is preferred.
- Experience in agency, consulting, or similarly fast-moving cross-functional environments is preferred.
