The role involves reviewing content intended for healthcare professionals and patients, checking scientific details and references, and helping develop marketing assets that meet regulatory expectations. This position works closely with Medical Strategy, Creative, Project Management, and Client Services teams across multiple deliverables and deadlines. Success in the role depends on quality reviews, consistent version handling, efficient workflow support, and readiness for medical, legal, and regulatory review.

  • Work with internal cross-functional partners to support medical, legal, and regulatory review rounds.
  • Assemble submission-ready packages, including annotated references, tracked changes, and supporting documents required for review.
