- Work closely with clinical, operational, and leadership stakeholders to support a smooth launch and a positive patient journey.
- Research the market and contribute input on services, pricing, and growth direction.
- Track how the program is performing and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, patient engagement, and long-term scalability.
- Own project accountability by keeping communication clear and ensuring objectives are delivered on time.
Required Background

- Demonstrated ability to launch new healthcare services, programs, or clinical offerings from planning through execution.
- Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to manage several priorities and stakeholders at once.
- Experience working with both clinical and administrative teams in a healthcare setting.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Comfort using project management software and standard business productivity tools.
Preferred Experience
- Background in outpatient mental health, behavioral health, or psychiatry is especially valuable.
Compensation and Work Setup
The role pays $6,500 per month as a 1099 independent contractor for the duration of the project, with the possibility of additional project-based assignments afterward.
