About the Role

Based in Worthing, West Sussex, this permanent, full-time position offers an annual salary up to £40,000 plus a range of company benefits. The Project Manager will be pivotal in driving Bluecrest's commercial growth by managing feasibility assessments of new tests and products, evaluating partnerships, and ensuring smooth onboarding and management of new partners. Collaborating closely with the Results Product Owner, you will take initiatives from concept through delivery while maintaining proper governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and administer feasibility evaluations for proposed new tests and products, coordinating with marketing for demand and customer insights and with clinical teams for clinical value validation.
  • Maintain and update all feasibility documentation and prepare assessments for scoring and prioritization with the New Product Development Lead.
  • Manage the complete process for new partner opportunities, including scoping, feasibility, commercial negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Maintain partner pipelines, relationship logs, and track statuses, key actions, and commercial agreements diligently.
  • Oversee end-to-end administration of prioritized revenue projects, including new pathology products and partner initiatives, with detailed project plans and risk logs.
  • Translate business requirements into manageable tasks for development teams, managing backlogs and coordinating scoping discussions.
  • Provide transparent and structured reporting on project progress, risks, and feasibility statuses to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure all project and partner documentation complies with ISO standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Aligned with company values and possessing knowledge of healthcare or health-tech sectors.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects concurrently with structured project/program management techniques.
  • Skilled in coordinating feasibility assessments and synthesizing insights from diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in partnership development and relationship management from initiation through operational delivery.
  • Comfortable working alongside development teams with familiarity in tools like Jira or equivalent backlog management platforms.
  • Capable of managing stakeholder expectations across organizational levels and maintaining commercial awareness of costs, margins, and pricing.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with clear reporting capabilities.
  • Committed to maintaining high-quality documentation and process standards matching ISO requirements.
