- Bring together cross-functional groups across laboratory, clinical, and business teams to support effective coordination and execution.
- Track progress against plan, surface risks early, and apply mitigation actions to protect delivery timelines.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally gained in clinical laboratory, biotech, or pharmaceutical settings.
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and both strategic and execution-level responsibility.
- A solid grasp of project management methods, tools, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Well-developed analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with close attention to detail.
- Comfort working through competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- PMP or CBAP certification is an advantage, though not mandatory.
