This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner company, which will handle the application review and all subsequent hiring steps. The hiring team is seeking an Account Farmer (Google Ads) located in Ireland.
The role sits within a high-performance media buying setup where accuracy, process discipline, and careful execution are essential for account preparation and campaign readiness. You will help build, configure, and maintain Google Ads accounts through a defined sequence of technical and operational actions so they are ready for use and aligned with internal standards. The work involves proxy tools, anti-detect browsers, and account activation services, along with structured account warming activities. You will also support media buyers by delivering accounts that are functional, properly prepared, and ready for campaign launch. This is a detail-heavy position that involves repeated but business-critical tasks in a fast-moving advertising environment where timing and reliability matter.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain Google Ads accounts in line with established workflows and activation procedures.
- Use proxy services and anti-detect browser tools to keep account environments stable and compliant with internal practices.
- Locate, manage, and use aged email accounts, then complete the related setup and configuration steps.
- Run account warming activities using controlled engagement flows to prepare accounts for advertising.
- Create and launch starter Google Ads campaigns, including keyword and negative keyword setup.
- Assist with verification tasks and make sure accounts satisfy activation and compliance requirements.
- Record, monitor, and keep account data updated in internal CRM or tracking tools.
- Support media buyers with account handoff, troubleshooting, and response handling.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with proxy providers and anti-detect browsers such as Octo or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google services and the structure and flow of Google Ads accounts.
- Experience with SMS activation and email verification tools used in account creation.
- Strong precision and the ability to follow structured, repeatable operational processes.
- Dependable, consistent, and comfortable handling repetitive work efficiently.
- Clear communication skills and a professional approach when working with media buyers and internal teams.
- Ability to stay effective in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
- Prior exposure to iGaming or performance marketing environments is a plus.
