You will partner with marketing leaders, internal teams, and external suppliers to keep messaging aligned and execution smooth. The position also includes content support, campaign coordination, reporting, and results analysis. It is well suited to someone who enjoys juggling priorities, contributing ideas, and handling operational delivery within a global organisation.

Accountabilities
- Help deliver marketing and communications initiatives in partnership with marketing managers and cross-functional colleagues.
- Support campaign execution while keeping to deadlines, quality expectations, and budget limits.
- Coordinate several projects at once, monitoring task progress and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Work with internal MarComms teams and outside suppliers to ensure activities stay on track and messaging remains consistent.
- Assist with copywriting, editing, and preparing creative briefs for marketing assets and campaigns.
- Help produce ROI and performance reporting to assess campaign impact.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related area.
- Strong English fluency in both written and spoken communication.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-led setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a careful eye for detail.
- A creative mindset and the confidence to suggest campaign ideas and improvements.
- Strong organisational ability, including coordination of suppliers and internal partners.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exposure to IT distribution, marketing agencies, or similar environments would be an advantage.
Benefits
- Competitive pay with transparent opportunities to progress.
- Private medical coverage and a broad employee benefits package.
- Flexible working arrangements, including remote work across Europe.
- Extended holiday entitlement, with the option to buy more leave and receive increases based on tenure.
- Improved parental leave and paid time off for important personal moments.
- Access to learning platforms, leadership development, and professional training resources.
- An inclusive, collaborative workplace that values diversity, equity, and employee well-being.
- Involvement in global initiatives, communities, and volunteer programmes.
Data processing and hiring process
Your application will be assessed by the partner employer, who manages the next stages of recruitment. Applications are reviewed through an AI-supported matching process designed to compare candidates fairly against the core requirements, after which a shortlist is shared with the hiring company. Final decisions, interviews, and assessments are handled internally by the employer.
By applying, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed for recruitment evaluation and shared with the hiring employer in line with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing at any time. AI tools may be used to support parts of the recruitment workflow, such as application review and consistency checks, but they do not replace human decision-making.
