Overview

An established main contractor located in South Dublin is looking to appoint a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of a €15 million school construction project in Stepaside. This role entails complete accountability for all phases of the build, ensuring that construction progresses according to schedule, within budget, safely, and to exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site project team throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to maintain high performance.
• Engage with clients and design teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Govern programme scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and health and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record as a Project Manager delivering main contractor construction projects.
• Strong leadership capabilities alongside excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in managing project timelines, finances, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
• Experience in education, commercial, or public sector construction projects viewed favorably.
• Possession of a relevant construction-related qualification.
