Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team specializing in fire protection and alarm systems. The ideal candidate will oversee projects involving fire fighting and alarm systems from initiation through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fire protection and alarm system projects including installation, maintenance, and operation phases.
• Oversee planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and final project execution ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety codes and standards relevant to fire and alarm systems.
• Prepare detailed technical and progress reports on project status and results.
• Lead and organize technical teams on-site, promoting effective time and resource management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is essential.
• Proven work experience managing projects involving fire fighting and alarm systems.
• Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, and operational aspects of fire protection and alarm systems.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving license required.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred if applicable.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or prior experience at specialized fire protection companies is advantageous.
