About the Role
An esteemed real estate leader in India, especially active in Delhi and NCR, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and interior work for luxury villas in Central Delhi and subsequently a 5-star hotel in Faridabad. This role involves comprehensive management of site operations ensuring timely project delivery with quality oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution at construction sites including luxury residential villas and hotel projects.
- Monitor all project schedules and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Implement strict quality control measures throughout the building process.
- Coordinate billing processes and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Lead the team onsite toward timely project completion and handover.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior design.
- Have 12 to 20 years of solid experience in the civil or interior project management sector.
- Demonstrated successful track record managing premium residential and 5-star hotel construction projects.
- Strong expertise in site management and leadership skills to manage teams on complex assignments.
