Job Overview
Join a leading real estate company in Delhi NCR with over 60 years of expertise, currently managing prominent projects in Faridabad. This role involves supervising interior fit-out and finishing activities on-site, including FF&E, false ceiling installation, flooring, joinery, painting, and stone cladding.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of interior finishing works on site.
- Oversee labor and contractor teams ensuring adherence to quality standards and design drawings.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the execution team for smooth operations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Approximately 10 years of practical experience in interior fit-out and finishing works.
- Experience working in 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality settings is preferred.
- Strong site supervision capabilities and contractor management skills.
Eligibility
Open to candidates without a graduation degree.
