  • Evaluate AI platforms, copilots, and automation tools and support their adoption via training and change management.
  • Partner with technical teams on system integration, testing, and data quality governance.
  • Support modernization projects involving cloud, ERP, CRM, EAM, GIS, and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop strategic client relationships acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
  • Produce executive-level deliverables including business cases, roadmaps, and recommendations.
  • Contribute to proposal development, statements of work, and business growth initiatives.
  • Mentor junior consultants and promote practice knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years in technical project management, business analysis, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven experience managing complex business or technology transformations.
  • Strong fundamentals in planning, risk, stakeholder management, and budgeting.
  • Skilled in documenting requirements, business processes, and user stories.
  • Experienced facilitator of workshops and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process optimization and AI-driven transformation opportunities.
  • Knowledgeable about generative AI, enterprise AI tools, intelligent automation platforms, and their business applications.
  • Collaborative experience with engineering, product, IT, or data teams.
  • Proficient with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or ARIS.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications
