About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to join Red Volcano, a rapidly expanding AdTech company that values innovation and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in driving projects forward by collaborating closely with our CEO, ensuring that initiatives are completed on time and that team members fulfill their responsibilities. This position emphasizes action and outcomes over routine administrative tasks and endless meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines effectively.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain consistent delivery progress.
- Utilize Monday.com to organize and track project tasks.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance operational productivity.
- Identify potential risks, resolve issues, and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to transform concepts into successful project outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree with approximately 3 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably in technology, software, or digital sectors.
- Proven experience working within Agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or equivalents.
- Competency in using AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills.
- A self-driven approach with confidence in taking initiative and accountability.
- Ability to excel in a fast-moving and evolving technology environment.
- Avid interest in technology and proactive pursuit of smarter work methodologies.
- Must have unrestricted right to work in the UK (excluding student or graduate visas).
