Role overview
An experienced PMO Consultant is needed to support important IT transformation initiatives within the Driver’s License Division (FE). The assignment contributes to a broader digital strategy and includes work on projects such as Online Service Driving School (OSF 3.0) and FE ePayment.
Work location and arrangement
The position is based in Munich, Germany, with a remote/hybrid setup.
Assignment details
This is an independent services engagement billed on a time-and-materials basis. The expected duration runs from July 2026 through December 2026, with a weekly workload of 24 hours.
Key responsibilities
The PMO Consultant will help organize and drive project coordination across IT initiatives. The role covers meetings, workshops, documentation, reporting, project tracking, and support for project leads.
Tools and methods
Work will involve Agile delivery practices such as Scrum and Kanban, along with project administration tools including MS Office, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and RAID tracking.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings prior PMO experience in IT projects, strong structure and communication, and the ability to work independently. Experience with digital transformation projects is an advantage, and German language skills are required.
