Eligibility and preferred background

This opportunity is open to freshers as well as professionals with up to 3 years of experience. LLB, BA LLB, and BBA LLB graduates are preferred, though candidates from any discipline with strong analytical ability and document-review experience may also be considered.

Applicants should have solid written and verbal communication skills, strong reading comprehension, attention to detail, and a basic working knowledge of MS Office. The role also requires the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation and contract terms

The compensation for freshers is up to INR 25,000 per month, and the final offer will depend on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The contract runs initially for 1 year and is structured as a contract-to-hire engagement. Ongoing continuation or renewal will depend on individual performance, attendance, quality metrics, and project needs.
