Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate client projects across several solutions so delivery stays on track and implementations run smoothly.
  • Keep project trackers updated with current status, timelines, and action items to support monitoring and follow-through.
  • Join client and internal meetings, capture clear notes, summarise key points, and track next steps.
  • Prepare and organise project documents such as scope outlines, implementation plans, and handover materials.
  • Create weekly project updates that highlight progress, risks, and open issues.
  • Develop case studies for key clients.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in Business, Management, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Strong interest in project management, operations, or client-facing work.
  • Good planning and time-management abilities, with a careful eye for detail.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to summarise information clearly and briefly.
  • Comfortable working in a busy, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; exposure to project tracking software is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin skills are preferred for communication with clients and internal teams.
