Role Overview
This position calls for a practical, detail-focused HR professional to support talent operations as well as HR and office administration while the Indonesia business continues to scale. The job combines recruitment coordination, vendor oversight, payroll assistance, and general HR operations.
Talent Operations and Vendor Management
- Coordinate hiring for sales positions through external recruitment partners.
- Serve as the main contact point for agency partners, aligning them with role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Arrange interview schedules and help keep candidates moving smoothly through each stage of the process.
- Monitor hiring pipelines and keep stakeholders informed on recruitment progress.
- Review vendor effectiveness, including quality, turnaround time, and conversion performance, and help improve these partnerships.
- Assist with hiring campaigns and support the timely filling of open positions.
HR Operations, Payroll, and Office Administration
- Assist with payroll coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely collaboration with payroll vendors.
- Keep employee records and HR systems updated in line with local compliance requirements.
- Manage onboarding and exit processes, including documentation and cross-functional coordination.
- Handle routine HR tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee support queries.
- Support office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, supply handling, and basic facilities support.
- Help refine and implement HR policies, processes, and day-to-day workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or vendor management.
- Exposure to payroll processing and HR administration is an added advantage.
- Background in working with recruitment agencies or handling high-volume hiring will be beneficial.
- Strong skills in organisation and managing multiple priorities at once.
- Comfortable working with data, tracking hiring progress, and preparing reports.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Careful, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience building processes or functions from the ground up.
