About the Role
We are inviting applications for a full-time Project Management and Corporate Strategy position based in Sydney. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and delivering strategic and corporate projects efficiently.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverable tracking.
- Perform market research, analyze industries, and benchmark competitors to aid strategic decisions.
- Evaluate business performance data including financial metrics and KPIs.
- Develop business cases, detailed reports, executive presentations, and document project activities.
- Track project milestones, identify risks proactively, and propose mitigation plans.
- Work closely with multiple teams to synchronize business goals and ensure project success.
- Identify and recommend improvements in business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support initiatives in corporate planning, business transformation, and organizational growth.
- Coordinate meetings, document action points, and ensure follow-up on deliverables.
- Contribute to change management efforts and continuous improvement programs throughout the company.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Prior experience or familiarity with project management, corporate strategy, business analysis, management consulting, or operations is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong skills in organization, project coordination, and managing time effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, suitable for various stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace tools.
- Knowledge of project management software tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Notion is a plus.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic working environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive with a solution-focused attitude.
- Experience using AI productivity platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini is an additional benefit.
