Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Chief of Staff to collaborate closely with our founders, engineers, and research teams. As an early-stage startup, this multifaceted position requires involvement in areas ranging from go-to-market strategic planning to product development and operational support. Ideal candidates thrive in high-velocity, ambiguous settings and are eager to contribute to building a company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and assist in crafting the company's go-to-market strategy.
• Develop and prepare presentations and materials for sales engagements and assist with account-based marketing efforts.
• Serve as a liaison and coordinator among engineering, artificial intelligence research, and business divisions, functioning as both a project and product manager.
• Analyze various data sets and respond to client inquiries effectively.
• Fill critical operational gaps in areas such as recruitment, fundraising, product development, and facilities management.
• Produce and improve pitch decks, investor progress reports, and communications for board meetings.
• Clarify organizational priorities and facilitate rapid progress on projects across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in finance, consulting, or startup operations, preferably at early-stage ventures.
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency or eagerness to learn SQL is desirable.
• Degree in STEM disciplines is preferred.
• Genuine enthusiasm for harnessing artificial intelligence to address significant challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills with confidence in engaging investors, partners, and customers.
• Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by cross-disciplinary collaboration involving engineers, AI researchers, and leadership teams.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual cash salary between $155,000 and $235,000.
• Equity allocation in Arlyn AI.
• Unlimited paid time off (PTO).

• Work location situated in Hudson Yards, New York City, with on-site presence required three days weekly.
• Relocation assistance available for non-local candidates to facilitate joining the team in New York.
